Rev Margaret Fowler

Margaret was ordained in 2014 and completed her curacy in 2017. Although she is licensed to The Billericay & Little Burstead Team Ministry she has a special focus at Christ Church which has been her home Church since the early 1980s. Margaret was formerly a Reader at Christ  Church and has worked in prison ministry and for a City law firm.

Over the past 14 years Margaret has developed strong links with Ciamanda Parish in Embu, Kenya. Christ Church has changed the lives of many poor young people by supporting them through senior education and university. Margaret is a member of the Rotary Club of Billericay which has, with the assistance of the Rotary Club of Embu, built borewells in 10 Primary Schools in Embu County enabling over 5,000 children to have clean water
